What is P1?

Master's Prep 1 (or P1) is a workshop-style class for MAGD candidates at The New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University focusing on the basic principles of graphic design. Early projects isolate most variables in order to best understand the title principle; later projects utilize cumulative knowledge of all principles to date. Parallel to project work, students are also observing, researching, reading and documenting design around them on individual blogs.
